Answers to common questions about buying courses, joining the monthly Gurukul, managing billing, and getting access after checkout.

Course Purchases

How do course purchases work?

A paid course is a one-time purchase unless the course page says otherwise. After payment is confirmed, the course is added to your account so you can learn at your own pace.

Do I keep access to a course after buying it?

Yes. One-time course purchases include ongoing access to the lessons included in that course. You can return to the course from your account whenever you want to revise.

What happens when I enroll in a free course?

Free courses do not require payment. When you start a free course, it is added to your account immediately.

Why did my paid course not appear immediately?

Paid access is granted after the payment provider confirms the payment. This usually happens quickly, but if your dashboard does not update right away, wait a moment and refresh. If it still does not appear, contact support with your account email.

Gurukul

What is the Gurukul?

Gurukul is a guided monthly learning path. Instead of buying a fixed course bundle, you follow a week-by-week structure with lessons that unlock over time.

How do Gurukul lessons unlock?

Your first paid Gurukul period starts unlocking lessons right away, then later weeks open on a weekly rhythm. Each successful payment grants the next block of Gurukul weeks.

Do I lose unlocked Gurukul lessons if I cancel?

No. Lessons that have already unlocked stay available for revision. Cancelling stops future billing and stops new paid weeks from being added.

Can I rejoin the Gurukul later?

Yes. If your previous Gurukul subscription was cancelled, you can subscribe again from the Gurukul page and continue with the active learning path.

Subscriptions and Billing

How are payments processed?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. GuitarGranth does not store your full card details.

How do I manage or cancel my Gurukul subscription?

Sign in, open your Gurukul page, and use the billing management option when it is available on your account. Stripe handles card updates, invoices, and subscription changes.

What happens if a subscription payment fails?

Your subscription may be marked past due while the payment provider handles retries or updates. Already unlocked Gurukul weeks are not removed because of a failed future payment.

What if I cancel checkout or the checkout link expires?

No access is granted until payment is confirmed. If checkout is cancelled or expires, return to the course or Gurukul page and start checkout again.

Can I get a refund?

Refund questions are reviewed through support. Email us with your account email, the purchase or subscription, and any details that will help us review the request.
