These Terms of Service govern your use of GuitarGranth, an online platform operated by TensorPrime, LLC for guitar lessons, courses, memberships, and related learning materials. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must use the platform lawfully and may not share your account access with others unless we expressly allow it.
2. Courses, Memberships, and Payments
Some content may be free, and some content may require a one-time purchase or recurring membership. Prices, billing terms, and available access are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, and their terms may also apply.
Refunds, cancellations, and billing changes are handled according to the terms shown at checkout, the applicable provider rules, and any rights required by law.
3. Learning Content
Our lessons are for education and practice. Results vary based on your effort, experience, practice habits, and instrument setup. We may update, replace, add, or remove lessons to improve the platform.

5. Intellectual Property
The platform, branding, lesson videos, tabs, notation, text, software, and other materials are owned by TensorPrime, LLC, our teachers, or our licensors. Your access is personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable. You do not receive ownership rights in the platform or content.
6. Teacher and User Submissions
If you submit comments, questions, profile information, or other material, you are responsible for it. You grant us the rights needed to host, display, moderate, and use that material to operate and improve the platform.
7. Availability
We work to keep GuitarGranth reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, outages, provider failures, or security issues may affect availability.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice through the platform or by email.
